Veolia Water’s three year campaign, entitled ‘Save Water, Save Energy, Save Money’, is aimed at encouraging its customers to use water more efficiently and to provide advice about easy ways to cut down on water usage. The campaign is also being supported on local radio and by a dedicated team called the Veolia ‘Savewater Squad’, who will attend community events to raise awareness and distribute free water-saving devices, such as the ‘Hippo’ and ‘Save-a-flush’ cistern displacement devices.
Theresa said, “This is an important campaign by Veolia Water. It’s very easy to take our water supply for granted, but there are many simple ways to use water more efficiently, which this campaign will help to highlight.”
“Saving water not only makes environmental sense, but can also help to save energy and cut down on household bills, something I know many households are worried about at this time.”“Residents can visit the campaign’s website at www.veoliawater.co.uk/savewater for advice on ways to save water and to order free water-saving devices.”
